Kevin Trudeau, wrote some books he is promoting on TV, one of them is entitled Debt Cures. A couple of years ago I acquired one of his books. I read it carefully and applied some of the things that he suggested. Some of the things did not apply to my situation at the time. Some did, some other things included the time factor such as the PMI in a mortgage. I called the credit card companies at different times. Just the other day he was advertising 3 of them for $19.00 USA dollars. The financial picture in the USA has drastically changed, it is much different than 2 years ago. It is a fact that we want to be productive, we want to accomplish and to achieve something daily.
To maximize our performance we must be sensitive to our mind-body cues. When we are aware and understand our ultradian and circadian rhythms, and the shifts taking place in our thinking, mood and behaviour, we can greatly enhance our productivity, effectiveness and also our creativity.
We need to know when our minds are more alert, because is then when our mental capacity, memory and interpersonal skills are at the highest level.
Ultradian periods are broken into 90 to 120 minutes, our minds want to take a 20 minute break.
Some research has shown that the ultradian rhythms of the mind-body affect our performance in all our activities such as verbal and spatial skills, eye-hand coordination, vigilance, imagination, creativity, concentration, short term memory, mental alertness.
Once you understand your “biological hour” your can apply it to your own life and enhance your performance through the day.
Know when, at what time of the day you are at your peak for learning and working.
Know and notice when you are starting to make mistakes, these things tell you that you need to take a break. It is healthy and for your safety to take a break.
There is no benefit on stirring up anger in your children. It does not pay in any way shape or form. It only causes pain for all,children and parents. As parents we must find the way to bring our children up in the training of the Lord. If we do this, we plant the seed of love, peace and understanding. No one said it is easy to do, because in order to do it well, we need to have the gift of discernment, wisdom, common sense.
In other words nothing is gained by squelching your children. Do not bully them, be patient and treat them with finesse, kindness, and respect.
Our purpose as parents is to draw the best out of our sons and daughters,to lead them understanding that people are more important than things. Parenting is an art, parents are constantly learning, it is a life experience only lived if you are a parent. In the end our children are our teachers, thanks to them we can become more competent, sensitive, patient, understanding, creative. They inspire us to become better people, better parents, better citizens, better humans. We must give them therefore our best example to emulate. Let us be accepting and not judgmental, choose our battles wisely, so that we do not lose the war.
It does not take much to drain our energy. Multiple factors are draining us or robbing us from our energy. Our brain is a very sensitive computer; it senses every vibration around us. In the privacy of your home or somewhere where you will not be disturbed, sit down, take three deep breaths, place your thumbs at your temples, place your fingertips on your forehead just above your eyebrows; hold this position for about three minutes, while you take deep and slow breaths.
You may also try, if you find it easier: Place the palm of your right hand on your forehead and the other hand at the back of your head, as your take deep breaths. Do this for about three minutes. This is very simple, however very good for you.
A child’s sweetest memories are created by parents or by someone who takes care of him or her. It does start in the morning when you help that child wake up, your face is the first face he or she sees in the morning; at night the last face he or she sees is the face of the person who provides peace, security, and comfort.

Tug from the top of the ears to the earlobes, this must be gently done, much energy will be produced.
Take three deep breaths as you stretch your arms and legs.
With your pointer fingers locate your collarbone, drop straight down about one inch below your collarbone, massage these points applying firm pressure as you breathe slowly and deeply, then tap the same points for about 10 seconds.
At night run your open hands from head to toes five or six times. (For children, this is in addition to reading a bedtime story).
I do not understand how some people would go out of their way to hurt children. When children come to this world, they do not come with an instruction manual, it is up to the adults to take good care of children.
It is a fact that when you acquire a car the care comes with a manual and to be able to drive the automobile one must get a driver’s license; on the other hand when one becomes a parent no license is required, it seems harsh, in my opinion there should be some kind of training to equip new parents to take good care of their children. It has to be empowering when we know what to do when faced with the challenge of taking care of our children. One of the most challenging tasks is potty training.
When we love our children and do what we need to do to take care of their needs, it is never a burden or a heavy load to provide for them and to guide them as the need arises. It is our God given responsibility to keep them safe and to treat them kindly as if they were our best customer, or even better. Children are the promise of the future.
