Donald Trump!

Saturday, April 10th, 2010

I can not believe that I had not heard or knew that Donal Trump existed, until last year! The first time I noticed the name was during a news clip envolving Rosie O. and Donal Trump; I remember that the news media was constantly repeating the exchange of word between them.
I like to listen to music while I am driving, however one morning I turned my radio dial to KFI AM640 , where I heard the name of Donal Trump. I asked my husband about Donald Trump. He said that Donald is a man that can solve difficult problems and he is one of the reachest man in the world.
I was intrigued by this man, so I decided to do a little research. I learned that he loved and respected his father, loves to make great deals, loves beautiful women in his own way, knows how to make great deals, enjoys and loves what he likes to do, knows who his real friends are, and most of all keeps a good attitude when things do not go his way. He is very successful applying the principles he learned from his father and from his very own life experience. He says that a person has two options, you can think big or you can think small, Donald Trump says “If you’re thinking already, you might as well think big…”

Simple cold remedy.

Thursday, April 8th, 2010

When your defenses are low, you are more vulnerable to illness. If you have a simple cold, try a non-drug therapy. It is very easy to do and it cost you nothing or almost nothing. Two wash cloths, warm water and a quiet place to sit down to relax. If you are alone be creative and do one hand at a time. Wrap your hand with the wet warm wash cloth and cover it with a plastic bag or a (plastic grocery bag)leave it on for about 5 minutes. Next, dry it and massage your hand, start with the thumb finger, end with the little finger. Proceed with th palm of your hand rub it with moderate pressure. Do the same to the other hand. During this session make sure to take deep breaths. Then hold each finger tip between your index and thumb for abot 5 seconds applying moderate pressure. The purpose is to relieve congestion and the stimulate your immune system.

Furthermore to get more relief, try the same kind of activity but do it to your feet. You may choose to just soak your feet in warm water for 5 minutes, however if you do not want to mess with the bucket of water, just use the washcloths or towels to pack your feet instead. It works great! Quick and easy to do.

God is in control?

Wednesday, April 7th, 2010

We are free to ask questions. That we believe in God does not mean we have no doubts. God wants us to question. Without questions there is no dialogue. God wants us to ask, so He can give us an answer. We do not understand His ways, because if we did we would be God, and we are not! He wants us to be inquisitive, he gives us free will to think and to do. That is a dangerous affair, because we are free to think and to do;some people think evil and do the wrong things, the evil things. ON the other hand some choose to do the right thing, the honorable and good thing to do. In this world there are people, and as long as people exist in this planet both activities will continue to occur.

God does not want us join the evil doers, he wants us to be smart and do all we can to fight them.
For instance, if someone is trying to hurt my family, You bet I will do all I can to protect my family. If someone does something hurtful to me, God asks me to forgive that person, however he does not ask me to reconcile, particularly if that person continues envolved in evil actions.

When it envolves terrorism, we do need to protect our families, and our country from terrorist in every way we can. God does not want us to sit and watch us be destroyed.

Earthquake!

Tuesday, April 6th, 2010

Do you live along a geologic fault and perhaps by a volcano? If you do, your chances of participating in the frightening earthquake experience are phenomenal.Just the other day on April 4, 2010 in Southern California and South of the Border in Mexicali , Mexico we experienced what occurs when the conditions are just right for an earthquake to take place. A 7.2 earthquake moved, shook, and demolished buildings and homes in various places, neighbor cities:Calexico, and El Centro,CA were affected.

When earthquakes or some other natural disaster happen, we must stick together, draw strength from our families and neighbors as well as from our God, as frightening as an earthquake is, we must remember that He is in control of every situation. He made heaven and earth, He did say not only that times were going to
be tough, but also He promise to be with us throug it all, even to the end. Buildings can be replaced, however lives can never be replaced. We must take every oportunity to let our loved ones know that in fact we do love and pray for them. As sad as it is to lose “things”, the loss of life is by far the one causing the ultimate pain. We must support one another during this time. Our faith in God can get us through. I love you Mexicali, Calexico, El Centro, Brawley, Tijuana…

JAPANESE ANIME

Monday, April 5th, 2010

Today’s young adults and youth are fascinated by Japanese Anime. I am trying to find out what this is all about. There are several sorts of anime shows from Japan for the youth of differing tastes. Many teenage girls like to watch the show called Sailor Moon which is about a blond teenage girl named Serena. She eventually discovers that she was from the Moon Kingdom when her memory comes back to her.

Another anime is called Inuyasha. Inuyasha is a half-human/half-demon hybrid who fell in love with a priestess named Kikyo. They are then tricked into believing that each one betrayed the other. Kikyo binds him to a tree with an enchanted arrow with the intention that he will remain there dormant forever. A girl named Kagome Higurashi appears fifty years later and breaks the spell, awakening Inuyasha and freeing him.

Another popular anime is called Yu Yu Hakusho. The main character in this particular anime is called Yusuke Urameshi, a high school thug who dies in the first episode while trying to save a small boy from getting hit by a car on the street. A girl named Botan, who calls herself “the grim reaper” and also her employer Koenma have Yusuke go through an “ordeal” so that he can regain his life.

Many different sorts of anime exist for people with differing taste: Anime with a dramatic, soap-operatic theme. Others take on a comical theme, and yet there are others that take on a mixture of themes.

HE HAS RISEN!!!!

Sunday, April 4th, 2010

It takes faith to believe what we have not seen. I wish I was with Jesus’s disciples when he walked among them after he had risen; the disciples were so bombed out because their Master had died, they were so overwhelmed with grief, their tears did not allow them to see who was walking along with them, when they were on their way to Emmaus about seven miles from Jerusalem. They did not recognize Him, Jesus was walking along with them. Even after he spent time interpreting the scriptures to them, they had no clue who He was. It was not until he took the bread, blessed and broke it and gave it to them, their eyes were open and they recognized Him. He disappeared from their sight.

Later when He reappeared, He said to them “Peace to you!”. When I was a child I use to think that the disciples were the strongest men, however the scripture says that they were terrified, troubled and had doubts. Jesus had to” show and tell “about his hands and feet. They still did not believe, so he proceeded to ask them for food, ate broiled fish in their presence.

Furthermore, he open their minds to understand the scriptures. He led them to Bethany, there he left them, and was carried up into heaven. The most beautiful thing is that He is alive today! He will be back!!!

Christianity, Islam and Judaism share…

Saturday, April 3rd, 2010

Believers of Islam, Christianity and Judaism belong to God, their beliefs include one single God. In essense they are as different as elephants and birds, however if one were to dig deep in history, they are one.
We have to look back way back to Abraham’s time. His clan was not stationary by any means. He traveled, his clan was what we could call migratory. Before Abraham got acquainted with his God he participated in the multi-god age. We can only speculate regarding how Abraham’s thinking evolved to believe in only one God.
Abraham is now the father of many nations just as God promised. He is the common patriarch of these three religions which have participated and shared a difficult history.
As we see history take place before our very eyes, we conclude that violence and strife continue to occur in our present time in the name of religion. This is a timeless problem, the only one who has the answer is Yahweh, God, Allah.

We need Yahweh, God, Allah to put an end to what is going on in this world, before we destroy ourselves. He does have his timing and his timing is perfect. We need to continue praying for patience, endurance, and wisdom so we are always ready for his appearing.

Kindness!

Saturday, April 3rd, 2010

Be kind to people today, we can not read people’s minds. We do not know what difficulties they are facing . They could be facing something overwhelmingly worse than what you are experiencing. It is the right thing to do. If you are kind to them the rewards are immense, one reward is immediately obtained and you know it. You have contributed to their happiness, eventhough they might not be aware of it. When people are stressed their focus gets narrowed, only able to see the problem or the pain or whatever is afflicting them. It is up to us to help them and carry them through. We are in a way God’s “communicators”, we are his voice, hands, feet to convey to the people going through a difficult time that God is in control, and that they will make it through, not one day at a time but one minute at a time.object width=”640″ height=”385″>

Your kindness is your gift to them, they can not buy or sell true kindness and true love. When you give this gift to them, the gift really goes on and on and on. I find that to be true in life in most instances, unless the person you are giving this gift is not able to process it due to some awfull mental illness.

Give it away! I have to remind myself of God’s power in our lives every day!

What is happiness?

Thursday, April 1st, 2010

What is happiness? Many people today are under the misapprehension that happiness is defined by constantly being full of laughter and the absence of conflict or lack of pain. Happiness is an agreeable feeling or condition of the soul arising from good fortune or happening of any kind. Happiness is a state of mind and comes from inside oneself. Happiness is being content by love, pleasure and satisfaction. It’s all an individual’s perception of what happiness is. Ultimately being happy is a choice that we all make for ourselves. Happiness is not the success and accomplishments in the external world. Having a meaningful purpose in life will contribute to your happiness. Happiness can also be found from things larger than oneself like religion or spiritual life.

Sharing your life with others, enjoying the oportunity you have to life. Make the choice to be happy today.
If you are a parent enjoy the time you have with your children, remember that you love them and they are little only once.

It is so wonderful to be able to be there when they utter their first word, when they give their first step. They require a lot of work but they are worth every minute you spend with them.
