Break the Fast!

Eat, eat, eat breakfast, it is the best meal of the day! You will find that your energy increases also you will avoid early afternoon hunger. You might develop a routine and a very personal favorite breakfast meal. Choose nutritious foods for your breakfast, such as 1/4 cup of oat bran and 1/4 cup of quick-cooking oatmeal cooked in the microwave with some water for 3 minutes, top it with splenda  or equal. Or if you prefer you may choose 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats, raisins and apple juice.
Slice the banana, add one cup of oats sprinkle raisins and add apple juice to cover , microwave for 90 seconds.

Another idea for breakfast is buckwheat pancakes, have them with fruit, strawberries or peaches, light or sugar free syrup or with maple syrup, or just eat them plain.

If you like mexican food, have some Chilaquiles, cut 1 corn tortilla in squares or triangles or whatever shape you like, fry them with Pam, add some onion to your taste, add 1/4 cup of egg beaters, then top it with a slice of Swiss Cheese, or the cheese of your preference , mild Picante  sauce on the side, 1/4 cup of beans on the side as well.
Start your day with some nutritious vegetarian breakfast, have a little adventure with tofu!
Start a new habit of eating breakfast, even if you have never done it before. It is good for you!

  1. I haven’t reciprocated with my blogs readers as a lot, maybe I can find out a factor from you. It all goes back to the lack of comments that I have, due to my own complacency and procrastination. Anyway, kudos to you for recognizing the frequency of rewarding your loyal fans.
