Si quiere usted tener una relacion muy productiva con su pareja , ponga atencion especial  a los pequenos gestos de amabilidad que usted puede proporcionar o dar espontaneamente a su media naranja.  Si hay algo que no le gusta que su pareja hace repetidamente, hagacelo saber con mucho tacto suponiendo que eso valga la pena.  Si es algo que es insignificante dejelo pasar, no se complique la existencia. Tenga paciencia, y piense en algo que usted pueada hacer para proporcional un ambiente propicio para que esa conducta desagradable no se repita. En otras palabras si quiere que haya mas amor en su vida, dele a su pareja mas amor. Deposite mas amor en su banco.  Cuando tiene amor en su banco y este se incremente, paga intereses abundantes, no puede ser de otra manera.

Si usted solamente esta interesado en el bien de su pareja, y ha escojido bien a su pareja el resultado de esta relacion solamente puede producir un bien para ambos una y otra vez.

Lo que puede causarnos mucho agotamiento si no tomamos tiempo para restaurar nuestras energias,salud mental y estado emocional. Todo esto puede causar en una palabra estres.

Nosotros respondemos de diferentes maneras a situaciones de la vida, de acuerdo  a nuestro tipo de personalidad. Se dice que la personalidad de tipo A es mas apta a contender, es agresiva, ambiciosa, impaciente, inquieta, tiene tendencia a no escuchar a otros.  En cambio el tipo B es una personalidad mas calmada.

Cual es su tipo de personalidad? Lo mas posible es que posea algo de ambas, pero cual le domina?

Sea su personalidad A o B usted es responsable por su vida y su salud. Formule un plan para revitalizarse y ser mas feliz. He aqui una sugerencia para revitalizar su cuerpo y mente: Sientese y coloque su mano derecha en su frente y su izquierda en la nuca,  luego respire profundo. Haga este ejercicio por tres minutos. Se sorprendera de gran manera al ver los resltados. Si es posible, pidale a un companero que lo haga por usted, la experiencia es mas placentera y relajante y adios agotamiento.

What’s on your list of things to do?

If you want to help your day to go smooth, keep in mind the most important things to do. Have them organized in order of importance, first things first. It really depends on what your priorities are, make sure that your priorities are real priorities. In the morning say good morning to your family, to your co-workers, to anyone you meet in the hallway, top that with a smile and with eye contact. It makes a difference in other people’s day. Stay healthy, if you are in the medical field or even if you are not, wash your hands using common sense, before and after tasks that require it. Also make sure the area where you work is clean to prevent acquiring infectious organisms. Think about how much health depends on your attitude today, if appropriate give someone a hug. Start at home. Laugh as appropriate, laughing is a good medicine.
Take your vaccines if you are due , pharmacies offer the Influenza vaccine annually for a reasonable fee.
If you are around infants you must get the Tdap (Tetanus and diphtheria, whooping cough) Protect babies, if they catch the whooping cough from grown ups it is deadly to them.
Something else you can add to your to do list is taking your fiber in your food, drink plenty of water, eat simple whole food.

More about powerful words!

Very powerful messages are sent through words. At home, at work, all around us we constantly send messages to people as well as messages to ourselves. Our own minds receive messages that can either empower us or weakened our potential.Words are strong enough to help our body’s healing processes. We must remember that our mind is not much different than a computer, if we put positive information it, we can only get positive information out. Our daily work should be to program our computer, in this case our mind with good information. Accurate, clear, true information, will assist us in reaching better conclusions. Good quality words, are a positive approach to help us be successful, prosperous, peaceful.
We must practice this approach and we soon will see the results. For instance if we do, it does not matter what difficulties we face every day, as we focus on the positive and good things that connect us to our source of peace, we will become stronger. Think of positive statements to ingrain in our minds that we can be the person we want to be. Let us have a good plan of action to benefit ourselves and others. Practice using words such as challenge instead of problem, eager instead of anxious, when instead of if, do not say I’ll try instead say : I can/ I will do it. Use words that edify.

Your Heart’s influence in a child.

I came across some research that shows that love is more important for children than anything else in the world This subject is something to be pondered. Your heart and the child’s heart are so important. It is amazing how the heart has its own center commander. Kind of its own brain, which can send messages to the brain in the head. Very intriguing indeed is that the brain understands and obeys the heart instructions. You can see evidence of this when you observe your own behavior. Just for fun analyse how your heart influences your actions. You do have an intelligent heart, that has an effect on other individuals. It is in fact evidenced based that the health of the child depends on the love that the child experiences. It has been concluded and backed up by research that adults who felt the lack of love as children now are suffering from disease at a higher degree than those who felt loved.
What does it all mean? It simply means that children require love in order to develop, and thrive. Healthy well developed individuals can only be the result of such experience. Children need to be nourished not only with food, but also with love; this is quintessential to their physical and mental health.
There is a connection between the heart and the brain, in the mother’s womb when the fetus is developing, the heart beats, way before the brain is completely formed. A six week old fetus has a beating heart, how amazing is that!
The heart of a child must be treated kindly by the adults that take care of him or her, because the heart reaches out it influences the child, due to the heart’s electromagnetic field that envelopes one’s body. All this sounds very strange, but it is true.

Tu y el Alcohol!

El alcohol es la droga mas usada y tomada en exceso. El Alcohol se considera la droga mortal por excelencia. Es asi porque afecta tu cuerpo de multiples maneras. Afecta tu cerebro causando dano irreparable. Dana tu corazon directamente. Al beber alcohol el riesgo de tener hipertension o alta presion sanguinea aumenta. Cuando esto sucede puedes tu sufrir una embolia cerebral, paralizandose asi el lado derecho o el lado izquierdo o ambos lados del cuerpo. Los pulmones tambien pueden ser afectadosc cuando al beber en exceso la circulacion del oxigeno se vuelve floja y lenta porque la respiracion es tan lenta que hasta puede cesar.
Hay otros danos que puede causar el alcohol, son viejicimos y muy conocidos como lo son la destruccion del higado y la supresion del sistema inmunologico; cuando esto ocurre te torna en persona propensa a enfermedades. La verdad es que no podemos vivir sin el higado, porque el higado tiene muchas funciones que son vitales. El higado filtra muchas de las sustancias que ingerimos, ayuda para que nuestro cuerpo se deshaga de sustancias nocivas. Tambien nos ayuda a mantener nuestro cuerpo saludable, por medio de la produccion de bilis que emlea el intestino delgado para digerir y absorber las grasas.

El detalle es que al tomar alcohol en exceso estas danando tu cuerpo, el higado que es uno de tus mejores amigos en el cuerpo, este se convierte en algo parecido a la gelatina y no puede ya servirte,el resultado es la destruccion de las celulas hepaticas o las celulas del higado. A fin de cuentas las celulas son destruidas por la malnutricion debido al alcohol o por ambas cosas.

Alimentate bien y evita el exceso.

Alcohol is the most abused drug in the world. There is no question about this fact. Alcohol abuse is not only a problem for the young but also for the aged. Alcohol is considered the most deadly drug, because it affects the human body in many ways. It affects your brain by causing damage that could never be repaired. It affects the heart, by directly affecting the muscle. By drinking alcohol the risk of hypertension is increased, the sequel is  a stroke. Your lungs are also affected, oxygen is not able to be circulated and used due to respiratory depression.
If you are interested in having children and you are a male, you must be cognizant about the fact that alcohol damages cells in the testes, or if you are simply interested in having sex, alcohol causes impotence and sterility. If you are a woman it also can affect your sex life, unpredictable menstrual cycles, ovaries malfunction. What is the saddest thing is that when a woman gets pregnant the risk of having a child with fetal alcohol syndrome is very high. Furthermore alcohol can and it does hurt the liver. As you already know the liver is responsible for filtering alcohol from your blood. Alcohol literally kills the liver, by poisoning  liver cells, the sequel is cirrhosis of the liver. When drinking alcohol your body is unable to fight infection, due to weakened immune system.

A wise man wrote  the Proverb stating that wine is a mocker and beer a brawler, and the one who allows to be led by them is not wise. If you are a parent, set a good example to your children, do not drink alcohol, which leads to debauchery. You and I must strive to live good, excellent, virtuous lives( Be filled with the Spirit, not by “spirits”).

Health and Life vs Disease and Death!

After reading this post, your life can not remain the same. First of all you are your own boss, when it comes to what kinds of things you eat, and drink. You are also your own boss when it comes to your body’s activity level. Life is about choices made and to be made, and progressively being made. In parenthesis once you reach the point of death, you have no more choices, it is irreversible.  Today is the day you can make a difference in your own life, you might not know it but you are very important to those around you. Your choices do affect others, they can turn into a cascade of events that modify other individuals lives, for the better or for the worse.

Choosing the right foods for your body, keeps your body healthy, it can give you clarity of thought. It is nature’s way to give you your reward. Rewards are not punishments, they are considered consequences. I like the idea of a good consequence, thus a good reward.

To have good health, we must walk the walk, not just talk the talk. If we do not have good habits  and we disregard the  critical principles of health by overeating, drinking the wrong things, dressing inappropriately for the weather, working without a deserved rest, we can not blame God or others for our diseases and near death events.

Take  time to with a critical eye, examine your actions or choices, know that good health can not be bought with money, other things in life you can not buy, and those are: true friends, time and much searched peace of mind.

What’s in your head?

Your brain! Your brain is important to you. Cultivate your brain to help your brain function better.
When riding a bicycle or a motorcycle wear a helmet.
Stay hydrated, eat a balanced diet, mindful of protein and carbohydrate balance.
Fight the ANT’s ( automatic negative thoughts).
Actively focus on the things your heart is grateful for today.
Watch a feel good movie such  as Nannie McPhee.
Use your time wisely, spend time with those you want to emulate, preferably positive uplifting and productive people.
Keep your brain cool by getting enough sleep and rest. A cool brain is a good brain.
Remember that what you say to others must be in a loving, helpful manner.
Help someone else build an amazing library of wonderful experiences.
When you talk to other individuals establish eye contact and smile as appropriate. Use appropriate touch when touching others. Learning a new word or a new skill to enhance your memory is great for your brain.

What should you avoid? Avoid alcohol, smoke, too much caffeine when pregnant if you are a woman.
Avoid hitting a soccer ball with your head. Avoid banging your head against the wall. Avoid blaming other people for your problems. Something you must avoid is saying yes or no to others before finding out what they are looking for. You must know what they want first, does it fit with your goals?

Your brain  is a delicate and amazing master piece of design, you must take good care of it.
