In the privacy of your home or somewhere where you will not be disturbed, sit down, take three deep breaths, place your thumbs at your temples, place your fingertips on your forehead just above your eyebrows; hold this position for about three minutes, while you take deep and slow breaths.
You may also try, if you find it easier: Place the palm of your right hand on your forehead and the other hand at the back of your head, as your take deep breaths. Do this for about three minutes. This is very simple, however very good for you.
