There are many ways to save money if you really want to and in this economy going the way it is, starting sooner than later is the better alternative. Carpool whenever possible or use public transportation. This will save money on gas, insurance and on maintenance cost. Become a homebody, entertainment spending can go through the roof if you are not careful. Consider using the library for books, music and movies. Eat out less often this could save you thousands.
