If you want to help your day to go smooth, keep in mind the most important things to do. Have them organized in order of importance, first things first. It really depends on what your priorities are, make sure that your priorities are real priorities. In the morning say good morning to your family, to your co-workers, to anyone you meet in the hallway, top that with a smile and with eye contact. It makes a difference in other people’s day. Stay healthy, if you are in the medical field or even if you are not, wash your hands using common sense, before and after tasks that require it. Also make sure the area where you work is clean to prevent acquiring infectious organisms. Think about how much health depends on your attitude today, if appropriate give someone a hug. Start at home. Laugh as appropriate, laughing is a good medicine.

If you are around infants you must get the Tdap (Tetanus and diphtheria, whooping cough) Protect babies, if they catch the whooping cough from grown ups it is deadly to them.
Something else you can add to your to do list is taking your fiber in your food, drink plenty of water, eat simple whole food.
